// A behavior system for prop-firm futures traders

Identify your weakness. Forge your behavior. Command your future.

Rules don't build Empires. Obeying them does.

We never see your broker password. OAuth-only connection, encrypted tokens stay on your machine.

How it works →

the moments between fill and displacement

The window between entering a trade and the market resolving it. That stretch is the exact thing this product exists to defend, because that is where discipline actually fails. Not at analysis. Not at the setup. Not in the recap. In the waiting.

Your real risk usually isn't the market. It's the version of you that shows up ninety seconds after a stop-out. Prop accounts make that brutally concrete: one bad hour doesn't just lose money, it kills an account you spent weeks earning.

the market doesn't beat traders, that moment does.

Not a journal. Not a P&L tracker. Not analytics. A behavior system.

Other apps already do those jobs. This one tracks the behaviors that build Empires — and the ones that burn them down.

Four Pieces.

In the order you’ll actually use them. Nothing here is decoration.

The Shop — work on yourself

Identify your Weakness. Forge your Behavior.

01

The Forge

desktop

Three glyphs and a crest floating over your charts. Name your weaknesses, give each counter-behavior a button, and one press forges it into the record. Arm the day, and one condition stays on display, impossible to not know:

FORTIFIED VULNERABLE
  • One press to log any behavior. Honored stops, urges resisted, breaches, sabotage. The record is permanent and never rewritten.
  • The loss screen. Take a loss, log it, and the screen fills with what you're protecting, physically blocking the chart while the urge to chase passes.
  • Leave the charts. Timed lockout, protect the rest of the day, or Emergency Close: your trading windows shut in one press.
  • Broker-enforced protection. Daily loss limits set and locked at the broker itself, on your own machine. Your credentials never touch our servers.

Windows desktop app. Your platform, your broker, your rules.

02

War Room

reports

The War Room turns every logged behavior into totals by tier, urges resisted versus obeyed, trends over weeks. Not win rate. Not P&L. Whether you're becoming harder to kill.

Part of Command. Where every session starts.

The Arena — the live act, and its earned result

Command your Present. Conquer your Future.

03

Command

web

Every account you hold is an asset with a stage: being forged toward funded, producing, or locked while a payout clears. Command holds the whole lifecycle.

  • The Trophy Room. Captured wins and behavioral patterns, earned and kept.
  • The Memorial. Dead accounts are buried with an incident report. You keep what they taught you.

its the majority of retail traders that cant command themselves on a consistent basis, and at the most important times, which leads them all to be failures.

Runs in your browser. History, review, progression.

04

Conquest

projection

Conquest maps the year ahead, not the next trade. A profitable system still runs through a long stretch of losses — Conquest is where you see that stretch coming, so one loss reads as one entry in a winning trajectory, not an emergency.

Most traders don't think in trajectories. A loss feels too important, so they size up chasing a bounce — and the size-up gamble eventually bites: an account dead right there, or on the next size-up trade after.

that system is profitable - but theres also a ton of losses in those statistics (trajectory).

Runs inside Command. The trajectory view.

Three mechanisms.
Three moments.

The app never blocks you, never punishes you by taking anything away, never judges in the moment. Consequences attach to your status, never to your access.

Before the session

Pre-commitment

The calm version of you arms the day deliberately, confirming every protection is in place. That act puts you in a state: FORTIFIED. Pull a protection back out and the badge says VULNERABLE immediately. The app doesn't stop you. It makes sure you can't not know.

During the session

Witness

Every behavior that matters, good or bad, is one press to log. Felt the urge to move your stop and didn't? You just logged the win nobody else would ever see. Actually moved it? That's on the record too.

You can always log, especially at your worst, because your worst is exactly when the record matters most.

The moment of danger

Intervention

The instant you take a loss and log it, the screen fills with what you're actually protecting: how long your Empire has been alive, how long since your last disaster. It physically blocks the chart so you don't watch price sweep and chase it. It holds for the duration you chose when you were calm.

From that screen: LEAVE THE CHARTS. A timed lockout, protect the rest of the day, or close your trading windows in one press.

Discipline is invisible and unrewarding by default. This system gives it a score, a shine, and a history.

Streaks that only build one way. A permanent record that never lies to you. Fortify. Operate. Log. Protect. Review. Then tomorrow, again.

Built by a funded trader who lost accounts the exact way you have.

Prop Firm Empires is being built in the open and hardened on live funded accounts every trading day. There is nothing to buy yet, and there won't be until it deserves your money.
